WORK WITH ME

For Sellers

It's time...

Time to say goodbye

You’ve built a life in your home. It’s spilling over with memories (and maybe a few too many boxes as well). Time to pass this piece of history on to someone else. Let’s begin the process of letting go, saying farewell, and getting the most bang out of the home you’ve invested so much into for so long.

Here’s what they had to say…

“I would definitely recommend working with Sarah. She has always been very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with.”

THE SELLING PROCESS

01
Let's Chat

There's lots of prep to do before we list so let's get aligned on next steps and timeline.

02
The Price is Right

Price and condition sells, everything else sits. Let's meet at your home to discuss your selling goals. I can perform a Home Evaluation and leave you with a Market Analysis detailing homes recently sold in your area. You'll have everything you need to set the right price.

03
The Price is right

Make a list of repairs. Some will be DIY and others might require some assistance. I'll help prioritize the improvements that’ll get you the most bang for your buck.

04
Put a sign on it

The price is set, condition is looking good, and you have chosen a commission rate. We're getting one step closer to the closing table. Let’s list your house online to reach buyers.  I will advertise on MLS, Realtor.com and Zillow up to 50 photos of your home.
